Beachy Bathroom Remodel

This project was a full-scale guest bathroom remodel with the relocation of a closet into an adjacent bedroom, removal of a wall separating the shower and toilet. In this remodel we added an extra-large soaking bathtub and an expanded neo angled walk-in shower. The toilet was slightly relocated to give the opportunity to gain more space inside the shower and an easier passage into it. The clients now have a larger and grand bathroom to unwind and relax.

By far my favorite thing about this project is the strong mermaid theme. These mermaid-like elements include stunning teal and purple fish scale tiles inside large niches and also act as a backsplash behind the vanity. Another element is the sparkling white marble fish scale tiles on the shower pan. Surrounding the walls in the bathroom are large format tiles that mimic the movement of waves. I also love the cool blues mixed with gold accents that reminds me of water and shimmery sand.
