This project was a primary bathroom renovation where the client's had a dated builder grade bathroom that didn't work with the rest of their renovated home. The client's had a contemporary style bathroom and wanted it to feel light and airy. The existing bathroom had a soaker tub with tile surrounding and a small brass framed shower. their closet also had two doors which was unnecessary for the clients and wasted space in the closet. The vanity mirror was dated, and the client didn't have a dedicated space to do her makeup.

The mirrors are adjustable in color temperature and motion sensor activated.

To their right of the vanity and under the large window we built a custom makeup vanity with a single drawer and a porcelain tile top (used from the shower tile) so the client would have a perfect spot with great lighting to do her makeup every day.

We absorbed 3 feet of the bedroom which allowed us to make the shower much larger and more modern.

Behind the vanity is a beautiful accent porcelain tile in a herringbone pattern, which was a must have for the client!

The two swinging closet doors were condensed into one custom mirrored barn door that is not only an aesthetically stunning design element, but also perfectly functional to the client's desires.

The bathtub has the shower pan tile below it to help with slippage.

The exterior of the shower wall has a niche in it so you can easily reach candles, bath bombs, or even a glass or wine. :)
