Modern Utility Room
We transformed this space into a transitional, multi‑purpose room that works as an office, laundry area, and mudroom. The old white cabinets and chrome hardware were replaced with bold blue cabinetry and brushed‑gold finishes. We removed a closet to add a built‑in bench with coat storage and extended the cabinetry to create more counter space, overhead storage, and filing around the desk. Our client wanted light wood countertops for a subtle craftsman touch, so we carried the surface over the front‑load dryer for extra workspace and added a farmhouse sink to finish the look
