Transitional Whole Home
The client loved to entertain, they felt like their home wasn't built with that in mind. By removing a load bearing wall we were able to open up the kitchen, dining, and living room.
In the kitchen we installed a recessed exhaust hood so as to not block the beautiful view of the valley.
The master bathroom was also reconfigured to better utilize the space and give the clients a spa-like feel.
We replaced all the windows and flooring in the home and gave it a smart home upgrade with smart lights and fans.

The kitchen was updated with semi-custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, a large centered island, wide double windows, so now the clients have a gathering space they'll never want to leave. The space is now better utilized after creating an open concept kitchen and dining room by removing the load-bearing wall in between the two rooms and the glass sliding doors in the kitchen.
